Austrian Films +1 at the Beijing “New Youth” Film Festival

The Beijing “New Youth” Film Festival was created in the belief that the Chinese independent cinema movement, only 20-year-old as it is, has demonstrated in all respects the spirit of youth, youthfulness being not a physical condition but a state of mind—one could as well be young and trite, or advanced in years yet progressive.
